We aim to keep our delivery pricing transparent with no hidden fees at checkout.

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat delivery rate of ₹150 on all orders below ₹4,000.

Express Shipping: Need your ready-made outfit sooner? Express delivery is available at a flat rate of ₹250.
Note: The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on these flat rates.
Estimated Transit & Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit times are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Remote/Rural Areas: 7 to 10 business days.
(Please note that weather conditions, public holidays, and courier delays can occasionally impact these timeframes.)
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time. You can also check your order status by logging into your NU LOOM account.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship exclusively within India. We are working on bringing our GI-tagged handlooms to global customers soon!
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking link shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your order is significantly delayed past the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours.

NU LOOM Delivery Policy
At NU LOOM, we are dedicated to bringing the finest authentic handlooms and exclusively tailored artistry fashion right to your doorstep. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your garments reach you safely and promptly.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Because we offer both ready-made and bespoke garments, our processing times vary based on the nature of your item:

Ready-Made (Ready-to-Wear) Items: Orders for our standard-size, ready-to-wear collections are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Made-to-Order & Exclusively Tailored Items: Because these garments are uniquely stitched following your fitting consultation, please allow a tentative 7 to 10 business days for crafting, tailoring, and quality inspection before the item is dispatched.

(Note: If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order items, the entire order will be dispatched together once the custom tailoring is complete, unless requested otherwise.)
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Our shipping rates are calculated as a flat fee depending on your location, and the estimated total delivery times (which include our handling time plus transit) are as follows:
